What was with the "Brenden" thing?

Did Terry spot a weakness in Brendanites and go for the jugular?

thanks for that delta it really helped i ended up having to be disappointed, disgusted AND offended so the help was really appreciated

ooooops *Leaves large chocolate cheesecake and a large stollen*
Hope you appreciated the homage phrase "vanilla ice cream planets". Soon to be seen in every Michelin Starred * restaurant.

Traditionally they pour PX over vanilla ice cream in Andalucia. My variation is toasted Panettone with vanilla blobs and PX over them.

But in homage to you the "Blobs" become "Planets"; and Anthro said the Advocaat wasn't thick enough so I am "reducing" the PX to make a thicker sauce. It works.

* They are actually rosettes not stars.

And they are jolly nice Churros. Melted Nuttella & Baileys is good too.
Not sure what Nutella is. Nutty chocolate sauce i image. Should work.

I have some Spanish Brandy "Cream" that I should open and use as a custard.

Nutella is hazelnut & chocolate spread. Also makes a yummy and quick Hot chocolate (none of the faff of blending the cocoa powder with milk first).

i did notice and was honoured!
Nutella is a spread made out hazelnuts and cocoa...it's yummy especially warm *salivates*
there was a market i used to go to where they made fresh churros and gave you a little pot of warm chocolate sauce to dip them in.....mmmmmm *day dream*

....i secretly dosed the board with my vaccine it seems to be working and the Outrage infection seems to have peaked and we should see a rapid decline in fatalities as the pathogenic virus becomes less lethal with time.

Well done everybody keep a vigilant eye out for any further outbreaks..

Unfortunately there has been a mutation in the Outrage virus in that people have begun to be outraged at some of the new song choices. I fear that your vaccine will need to be modified.

I hope Frankie gets ejected. The aftermath fall-out will make the Nutella melt on its own.

There appears to be a secondary infection.
I am afraid it appears to be attacking the brain like cerebral malaria.
Anyone else immune to the hagiography of Pixie?

Me! Me! Me! There's a "tribute" thread to her! I have no words.....

ETA The tributes could have gone in her appreciation thread where like-minded folks gather.

I think some are simply on a windup mission now... there are clearly a few with the 'sense of proportion' gene missing or defective but it is being taken to a level that is very silly.

It would be a shame if this thread is inhibiting TerryM22's creative expression. If he were still active I would drop in from time to time.
Maybe one thread just does not push enough buttons.

I can imagine it would be if it's now being used as an off-topic thread, often just to slag off the rest of the forum. That's what the non-appreciation thread's for.

It's not supposed to mention the rest of the forum either...and to be fair I don't think it's done too much of that of late....

That said, it feels now to me like a mixture of "Non App Mk 2" and the Spoiler thread in here (with all the food references), I must say...not sure if that was the intended outcome of the merger?

(before anyone pounces on me it's a personal view)

I can see this thread being closed - well it will be in a couple of weeks anyway.

Terry's had his wings well and truly clipped and this thread has just got silly.

To be fair, the Non App is often on topic and does not slag off the forum. Any posts of late that do this are either reminded or ignored.

To get back to Terry since aparently the mods have decided it is ok to discuss him, of course he is not around, where is the fun in making relevant posts and not deliberately annoying people, as he did every day. I seem to remember last year at one point he seemed to be limited , by the mods to a few new threads a week. No general outcry then. Obviously he could not even keep to even that rule. Because he did not want to. It is up to Terry and his admirers whether this thread gets used.
I suspect if it goes too off topic it will be closed by the mods, no doubt they are keeping a close eye on the thread that they created.

It does seem to have driven him from posting.

so it's not okay to post in here unless it's to complain about the people who post in here?

this seems to be a common theme.

The mod-given on-topic of this thread unfortunately is to dictate how others should post, whether we like it or not.
