I was the driving force behind my team for that task not Niall contrary to what he believes. If I wasn't on that team you would have had a different idea and different prices and they were the two reasons we won as all the buyers said.
The creche task I again showed this varied skillset I was praised for my management skills, design skills and ability to create a strong product by you for our list of activities. I've been praised by several viewers for my answers to their questions - Niall hasn't IIRC. I’ve been praised for taking risks and I feel I'm more of a risk-taker than Niall - even on this task he chose reality tv which was the completely obvious choice to go for, I think coming up with creative and original ideas is a skill I possess which Niall doesn't. I also feel I've a stronger ability than him at spotting good ideas namely Italy and the creche task idea where Niall was in my team on both tasks.
I also think to win DSA you need to actually contribute to tasks rather than do virtually nothing. I've worked with Niall five times I believe and I've mentioned in my task evaluation on four separate tasks that he contributed less than others. I feel in order to win DSA you need to actually contribute to tasks. If previous task performances decided who got to the final rather than interviews there'd be no chance in heck Niall would be in the final. Niall would've been fired on the creche task had we lost because he contributed virtually nothing - the reason we won was my idea and the activities I suggested so if it wasn't for me performing like that Niall wouldn't even be in the final for a start. I feel had we lost the two tasks I was PM on Niall would've been fired and he really has me to thank for him even being in the final. Also, I've came up with the winning idea on three tasks I've won and if IIRC Niall has never came up with an idea his team have went with once which really says something about his creativity or lack of it. I don't think you need to back your own ideas all the time but if in ten tasks no one has backed any of your ideas it really speaks volumes about your creativity and I feel it lets Niall down.
Yes, Niall contributed a lot on this task, he wrote a lot more than I expected him too but I feel it's a case of too little too late. He's been virtually invisible sometimes, where as I feel I've contributed a heck of a lot more on multiple occasions.”

I'll defend myself a bit here because I don't think some of the things you've said are fair. In regards to task 3 I definitely think I was stronger than you on that, yes you came up with Italy but it wasn't exactly like that was the hardest thing to think of in the world - I was thinking of it at exactly the same time you mentioned it and even if I wasn't I'm sure other people would have mentioned it as well. And yes you did the pricing as well but I highly doubt that's what won us the task - I even had to edit the pricing for my pitch as we found out about the maximum amount of orders that can be used, and that was the pitch that got us the most orders, which I wrote entirely by myself by the way. I was also involved strongly with the planning of all three of the package holidays which in turn got more orders than any other pitch in the other team, and I came up with lots of the defining ideas in them such as the idea to have the over 60s trip as a mini tour of Italy, which Alex pointed out as being one of the best parts of the pitch.
I have come up with ideas that have been used as the final idea, not as many as you but that doesn't mean I'm not creative - I've come up with ideas in every single task I've been on apart from the creche task where I wasn't able to be there for brainstorming, and I've helped with the developments of every idea even if it hasn't been my own. I think it's a little ridiculous that you're going on about how many ideas you think of when the idea for your final task wasn't even your own?
I wasn't even on your team the first time you won as PM so I don't know what you're on about there. I don't even see the point in bringing up the creche task as it's clear the reasons I didn't contribute as much because I wasn't able to possibly be there, I think I actually did good work on that task considering I was only there for a limited time and literally just back from holiday - you even said that yourself. It's definitely not true that I have you to thank for me making the final, I got here on my own accord thank you very much. In the interviews, where we were all out for ourselves, I was deemed the strongest and to have performed the best - hence why I got through to the final without even having to defend myself. I don't think it's true to say I've been invisible on any task at all apart from maybe the creche task, which I've explained my reasons for over and over again.

Seriously, if your only way off putting me down is by talking about things off-task then that's quite frankly pathetic. We've been over this time and time again, it's like a dog with a bone just let it go. Also, saying I'm unable to work in a team - the two people I've clashed with the first one I worked well with on this task and I wanted because they are a hardworker (Justin) and the other one I apologised to a week ago and tried to put the issues behind us.
Also, quality is a more important thing than quantity just because you wrote more doesn't make your idea better.”

I wasn't even talking about clashes, I know for a fact that many people have found it hard to work with you on many occasions, and I think it definitely is important to be easy to work with in a game like this. Even now you're proving my point exactly: you're being a lot more nasty and vitriolic about me than you need to be, and it's not really making for a nice final atmosphere, regardless of who wins. And I don't mean in the fact I wrote more, I mean in the fact I felt my pitch was more detailed: for example I went into a lot more detail about the first 5 publications and though overall it seemed like I had a much more thought out idea for my magazine in the long run.

So yeah, thanks for hiring me, so happy to have won
