HM's don't really speak their minds in the diary room any more because they are aware it could all be played back in the House,(Well except good old Charlotte, She was really letting her feelings out about Bruce.

They've definitely overused it this year. It's been bad karma for the show since as early as Daleygate.

What's needed is a bit more savagery in the house splits, like the have and have nots divide in BB(9?).

I think Charlotte would have been bitterly disappointed, a) if everyone in the house had not heard her and talked about her; and b) if she found out later that she had not been shown on the highlights.

Its really starting to annoy me now, why do they have a diary room anymore ?

Any bitching will get shown to the rest of the house these days, the people in charge of this show are morons.
