I noticed today after trying to view a video on Youtube that they dont play properly in Firefox and Internet Explorer but work fine in Chrome, from what I can tell the video starts up then it stutters/jumps backwards with the buffer which will load so far and jump back, But I have noticed as well that the quality settings will change up in quality with each jump back of the buffer and disable the lower quality it does this until it gets to 1080p, then it will either give just a black space in the video area or will come up with Youtube has encountered an error and a static effect background.

I have tried cleaning my cache and cookies and full history, I have disabled, removed and reinstalled my adblocker, reinstalled Firefox and Java. I have tried enabling HTML5 trial, I have also gone into Youtube settings and changing the playback options.

Now I consider myself to be highly skilled at repairing computers having done it for as long as I can remember but nothing seems to be working with this problem.

So if anyone has any ideas please, please let me know.
