So the product was never aimed at the "High Street Bakers" market, more the home baking market.

However this market is also hugely overcrowded, and the standard of artistic input is breathtaking.

I have seen sugarcraft work that is pure art at these types of shows.
The Bakers Toolkit seems a bit lowbrow for this sector.

it all sounds like a con to me as she could've done this thru her existing businesses
she and her hubby just wanted an excuse to raise money imo
