Any ideas? I've just backed her at 50/1 (skybet & coral)
I would think she's more like 6 or 7/1 shot
Charlotte will, sadly, most likely win... But Courtney at 50/1 is worth a flutter

I don't think Courtney will win (But I want her to) but I do think she will make the top 3 along with Charlotte (why though) and Lauren

It's the first part of the thread title (before the comma) that puzzles me.

She won't be top 3...and bookies know that.

Charlotte, Carol , Lauren and Abz will all get more votes...Louie probably will, Mario probably will.

She might just make the final.

I think it could be to do with the fact that she is wanting to go.........and that at some point the viewers are going to tire of it all and grant her wish......

The bookies are underestimating her IMO, but the polls are over-estimating her. In the bookies, she should be around 10/1, 50/1 is taking the mick, you could win serious money if you bet on her now.

Me too. I have nothing against the girl.I almost never develop a personal attachment to HM's. But I am not sure what there is to like that is giving her so much support.

The fact she is nice the nicest one in there.

I didn't think I'd like her at all when she went in I thought she would be a b!tch and didn't like the way she dressed

It's the American thing. If Ashleigh Roberts couldn't win I'm a Celeb then Courtney doesn't stand a chance. Viewers seem to prefer a Brit.

Thanks James. I guess it depends on what one means by nice. I would agree that she appears to be nice - using the definition that she hasn't said anything unpleasant to the other HM's. IS that what you were getting at?

But I haven't seen Abs, Dustin or Charlotte making negative comments about other HM's either. Aren't they equally nice by that measure?

Continental drift.
It's so powerful, even voting drives us apart.

There are a couple of reasons I can think of: 1) she's American and no American has ever won CBB.
2) The fact that she has repeatedly said that she wants to go and is seen as a potential walker, makes people less likely to bet on her winning.

Because people on forums always like to back the outsider, they always have.

Can't believe we've never had a female top 2 on Celeb or Civilian Big Brother ever. (Well actually I can believe that). But we may get one this year, and possibly even a top 3!

I think an all female top 3 is likely with Charlotte, Carol and Lauren (with Mario 4th)

When Jermaine came second it was clear that no American would ever win CBB. It's a pretty safe bet she nor Dustin will come close to winning.

The GBP have made clear the type of person they feel worthy of the winners crown. Drunk, vicious, cruel, no filter, no empathy.

Denise Welch is the only CBB winner I can think of who resembles that description.

Yes, Jermaine Jackson is a really big name and a lovely person, and even he didn't win. Mind you, the person who did win that series wasn't British either, and Shilpa Shetty certainly did not fit the description 'Drunk, vicious, cruel, no filter, no empathy', although her tormentors personified it.

The last 3 were quite bitchy and the last one was particularly nasty to the American's. Have you forgotten Rylan and Julien already?

True but her win was down to... well you know what happened. I felt for her with those 3 saying all those hideous things about her, to her.

Still it really proved to me that no American could ever win. Jermaine was perfection in that series.
