She seemed unable to function as a person without relying on her near-naked, porn star "look". Quite worrying.

However, saying all this, I can see why she would have been upset. She is only 19, she was singled out from the group and "told off", so she probably felt isolated and a little humiliated, even though it was somewhat justified.”

She wasn't crying because of the nomination, she was crying because she became aware that people were talking behind her back..................................................

I am a person who "tells it like it is" ( that's the right PC use isn't it ?) and will be straight with a person . But I will not belittle a person to big myself up. What carol did last night was nasty.. The first part of her nomination reason should of been enough..but to then add ..with a smirk on her face.. As long as their are mirrors I the house we will never have a conversation ..was both childish and nasty.

You can see that in the clip..if you watched of course (or watched the live feed).”

Exactly this!

Carol is nasty for the sake of it. Courtney is an easy target for her. If it wasn't Courtney, it would have been someone else. I feel certain she (Carol) will pay for her nastiness eventually- hopefully, when she leaves the house. Like her pal Denise, she may have to start by addressing her alcohol problems.

I thought good on you Carol. This is what really rattled Courtney. She thought she could sail her way through to the final without ever being called on her fake Marilyn Monroe act. Her ego got bruised, but I doubt it will last long as she's a lot tougher than the act that she puts on.

You just need to take a look at the multitude of personalities she acts out on YouTube for proof of that. She might be young, but she's mercenary.

Good communication does not involve insults or put downs. Thats just being nasty for the sake of it.

Sophie was quite correct on BBots last night, saying you have to consider others feelings and none of us can say what we like. Words can wound and cause lasting damage.

How many of us can remember hurtful words from the past, quite a few I would say.Its a game but its a game with human beings with feelings and as Sophie said there is a line, you don't cross.”

Excellent post. I have said many times on here, that there is a difference to telling someone what you think and just being outright nasty. Bb has made it very clear she can say and do what she likes, and to me it just shows what type of person Carol truly is. She runs with the wolves in hope they don't eat her,but the minute she gets confronted she starts denying that is what she has said. I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around, and Carol will get her comeuppance one day.

Oh please. I haven't read all of these post, but just watching the footage,Courtney is crying due to the bitchy , backbiting ,backstabbing hms, NOT because she's been nominated.

Anyone who has watched and paid attention to what's going on would know that she wants to leave and is not interested in winning.

Exactly what would she win, if she were to win? Nothing. She doesn't mind being nominated , she just doesn't like some of the nasty reasons people give for nominating her.

I agree..she had the guts to say what everyone else had said behind her back ....Lauren said in the 'other room' that she had finished completely with Courtney over it but when she came back into the house she was all over her...

Exactly, l thought Carol was very measured and fair in her assessment. Courtney is a lot tougher than she appears.

There is a way of being honest and truthful without being a complete bitch about it.

Sophie was right on last nights BOTS. Carol doesn't know where to draw the line.

I'm no fan of Sophie btw but Carol is a cow.

Being honest is not an excuse to be nasty.

All she did was call her a poser. Anyone would think she'd horse whipped her, going by the outrage on here.

The voice of reason.

Remember when Courtney was drinking with Carol and Charlotte. They were giggling together and Carol was giving her good advice.

Next day; Courtney nommed both of them. She sees the competition and she is mercenary. Selfish little game player. Also, when hugging her husband all she did was look up sideways at the camera.

Oh please, why is anyone falling for it.

Put some clothes on Courtney. Oh hold on... maybe she realises that is her main points of interest....

I haven't watched "loose Women" for a while now,I've lost interest. But one of the last ones I saw, Andrea McLean made a joke at Carol's expense. At the time I thought , that was a bit below the belt. They were all just having a bit of banter, but Andrea got a bit carried away.

After she said what she said to Carol ,Carol's face dropped ,she looked so embarrassed and Andrea immediately apologised.... twice.

I can't remember exactly what the joke was, but it was about Carol's face.

So its not as though Carol is immune from the effects of name calling , and feeling upset.

exactly - she got to see her guy for a few minutes - and complained after that she felt distant from him and Carol heard that too - she's so young, she's sensitive, and Carol was bit harsh telling her that she can't have a conversation with her while there are mirrors in the house (even though it was quite funny) - because she is 19 only just too, but Carol sees her as being very superificial, and totally uninteresting, so she says as much

I like Carol when she stirs a bit of shizz between the housemates but my problem with her is that she can give it but she cant take it. She talks badly about a lot of people in there but doesnt like it when someone says something to her.

Also her and Mario droning on about Dustin hiding peanut butter, dont Carol and Louis hide bottles of wine etc when its delivered to the house from the rest of the housemates?

Did you hear about Dustin stealing Charlotte's burger treat?

Carol said it how it is, like it or lump it.

Courtney needs a reality check.

Image what she will look like when she is Carol's age, she has already ruined her looks and they won't get any better.

Her husband should really start looking after her and not just worry about the smoking.

She should have gone before now.

Hopefully, Courtney (and with any luck, Dustin) will be out on Friday so Carole can pick another target.
