Really made me laugh how many times Sophie repeated that Carol was MUCH older than she is, emphatically stating 'I'm only 36!' Yes, course you are, love !!

I think she actually is 36 , Emma said they shared a house together when they were both starting out as models . Emma is 37 .

Sophie thinks as long as you're thin and pout a lot you look young .

She looks like someone in her 40's trying to look younger - the way she's messed with her top lip (which barely moves) and the (looks like) extensive use of botox in her forehead. Such a shame, as she was a beautiful woman - from a distance, she still looks it but not close up, she's spoilt herself.

Watching her standing next to Rylan was the first time I've thought his teeth weren't actually that ridiculous!
