I am watching it for the 1st time ever on youtube, what did people think of the series?

And how about the housemates?

Was that the one with Anne Diamond and where Les Dennis was chatting to the chickens?

My memories is that not much happened at all, it was pretty dull. I don't think it stirred up any controversy at all.

Yeah it is, and I know right!
Preferred series 1 with Jack, Anthea and Vanessa, and of course series 3!

Series 2 would definitely be in my top 3 out of all the series I've watched (never watched 12 or 13). It's a true example of classic BB, when it managed to be entertaining and funny but also warm at the same time, without having to resort to endless twists. BB nowadays relies on the crucifixion of certain housemates in order to keep people tuning in, and it's sometimes uncomfortable to watch.

Edit: Only just copped this thread is about CBB2 not regular series! I thought CBB2 was really boring TBH!

It was good, sort of just before everyone who appears on the show became "savvy" about it. Kind of Ironic looking back because these days they would NEVER get Mark Owen to do this show.

Wasn't a fan!

We whinge about todays winners, but Mark Owen was awful (IMO) - he only got the crown for doing that 'wasting away' gag that Johnny done just months before.

Eurgh!

Beyond dull and the first ever BB I couldn't make it through to the end.

It was the BB4 of CBBs imo.

les dennis and that meltdown hes on the the one show right now talking about taking part in celebrity masterchef.CBB2 was only 10 days just 6 HMs.denise walsh would have taken part then had one of her children not been ill.the media intrest was so much greater when CBB was much lower key.les got a front page headline on the front of the daily mirror then edited by piers morgan in the form of a family fortunes question "who is the most pathetic man in britain?les dennis"

Wasn't one of the tasks them having to knit a patchwork quilt? I think that explains it all.

can't remember anything about it. except that les dennis went a bit nuts

You should rewatch the pete burns one if any. Especially the episode where his coat gets arrested

I only saw bits and pieces of it. I seem to remember something else clashed with it on tv that I used to like. I think it might have been Fame Academy and I was always glued to their streaming.

I think it's the 2nd worst series ever, with BB4 the worst.

Good, because he was a bloody awful housemate.

The only CBB I didn't watch all the way through. Painfully dull. Channel 4 ended up axing the celebrity version after that series for a couple of years.
