Or age bird- I work for a big charity, I rehome cats (and dogs) on a daily basis, I deal with the abandoned, mistreated, neglected and forgotten animals daily. I am also studying a masters in animal welfare, ethics and legislation (starts tomorrow!) in order to advance to a role where I can contribute to improving welfare in kennels. Does that mean I'm qualified enough to comment? Tbh I usually agree with you but validating the posters experience in rosé to say whether or not they can comment or hold an opinion is rediculous.
No one is having a go a Maisey, she goes the extra mile and we can all see that, however it is very easy to get over whelmed and the latest plea for help is just proving the point. I am happy to help, but our help is a short term solution, at the end of the day maisy still has 35 cats (and that number will grow) an nowhere to send them. Forgetting the welfare issues for the cats, poor maisy is obviously struggling and doing her best, but few could cope with that many cats at one time.
Maisy- my suggestion would be first port of call to the big charities, blue cross and cpl will be good bets (rather than RSPCA, as they are often unwilling to help- that's another debate however) they will have waiting lists but will often take kittens quicker than adults, but do offer alternatives, blue cross do 'home direct' which means they visit the cats at home and then rehome them from home, so eh never see a cattery. They may also be able to take one or two at a time from you.
Most importantly. Stop taking more in. You have to say no, I know it's difficult. But you are one woman, you can't do it all.
