Thanks for the thread Mr. B

That's one of the last good singles that Phil Collins put out. I wasn't a fan of the majority of his 90s output.

Hi all!

17 people have voted in Round Twenty Seven so far!

Below you will find a list of current Corrie characters.

Once you’ve worked out who they are simply post your choices on here or send them to me via PM.

Evening all and thanks for the thread, Mr B.

I love that song too. No Jacket Required was the last album I bought of his. Wasn't impressed with anything later than that.

Aww, poor Craig. Can't wait to see Karl's world unravel.

He's probably gone out to buy some new polyester slacks and a floral shirt in celebration.

But well done, Duffy and well done to all the other nominees and award winners. I think we gave our rival fans a good run for their money.

Evening all, thanks for the thread.

Another Day In Paradise was from the But Seriously album and that, for me was Phil's last great studio album.

Went to see the tour at Wembley too back in 1990, you may recall Another Day..... Is all about homelessness.

At the end of the show Phil announced that there would be people standing at the exits collecting for homeless charities.

Well some poor bugger that shook the bucket in my direction got it with both barrels and a lecture as to the cheek of them expecting a donation when Wembley were charging £12 to park my car for a couple of hours. You could see them thinking 'stupid tosser' but just held their tongues.

Anyway, looking forward to this week and I see from next weeks spoilers that Jason will have something to smile about.

Damn the bloody football, Corrie on a Sunday for an hour is a pain in the arse. Stops you doing whatever and knocks everything off kilter.

And many congrats to JD, Dullag, Onj, Agatha, Lotty, Glenda, Sulla and everyone else who was nomiated and won the awards, and huge thanks to whoever here it was voted for me (has to be the ED/Corrie members as I don't venture to the others!)

SULLA won 'lifetime achievement' or 'old timer' award.

I'm not sure if he'll be happy to be called old timer.

But I think it refers to his 2002 join date rather than his venerable age.

I won bugger all because as usual no one listens to me.

Phil Collins is going to be a judge on it and he's donating his fee to Homeless charities.

I can't believe it said the closing date isn't until next February. Does that mean they'll be advertising the damn thing every five minutes until then?!

Phil Collins found an answer to the homeless he saw outside his front door. He moved to Switzerland. Now he doesn't have to look at them anymore.

I thought it was a stately home

Young Craig spotted at the Old Trafford Cricket International today.

David 'Bumble' Lloyd spotted him and said something like , " There's young Craig from Corrie. Let's hope that Karl hasn't spotted him or he'll be in trouble.

I got a 'pm' about it at, what a load of tosh eh? At least Mr B block voting for himself failed to prevent the inevitable.
