Rule regarding NON RUNNERS.

You can change any NR'S up to the start of the first race.
After that any NR'S/Withdrawn will go on the SP Favourite(lowest racecard number for joint favs)
This means that folk who are not available to change dont get penalised by being stuck with a rag whilst others who are around get a choice.
Also its less admin for me having to scour through the thread updating changes once it starts.

1pt 4th place for any race with 16 or more runners
There wont be 3rd placed points for races that have 7 or less Runners.

Double pts as usual for the most expensive race.
