From what I read they are using the same screen and resolution. Apparently the battery is meant be better on 5C and 5S compared to 5.

But will be interesting to see if when they phrase out the 4S in 2014 if they can put the 5C free on a contract or discontinue it?

If the 5C is free on a contract in 2014 it would be interesting.

I would say the 5C stays (replaces 4S) Iphone 5S discontinued and replaced by Iphone 6. Presumably there would be a light plastic Iphone 6 to fill the £400+ market.

What gets me is that Apple pay little tax worldwide and charge extortionately high prices for their products. Clearly an element of excessive profit taking going on.
