Ok...very vague. When I grew up, we had all our films on VHS that was recorded off the telly, which my brothers and I watched over and over.

We had The Beatles, Help film on tape and after watching the end credits, the taped kept playing, revealing the end of a film that was previously recorded on that tape. I never found out what that film was and hoped someone here could help.

All what we got was a man in a 70's style moustache running through a jungle in military clothing, wearing a green body jacket. He reaches a clearing and all of a sudden is surrounded by men with machine guns that shoot him down. He is laying on his front and the obvious main villain walks up to him, talking and says "you lose 'name forgotten' and we..."

Was about to say "win" as he pulls him over onto his back and the goodie says "do I?" as a grenade rolls out of his hand and they all die.

Any ideas?!

Actually the quote could have been "you lose"

Turns him over. Then someone either said "and I" or "do I" then we see the grenade

This cliche is used in literally hundreds of war films.

Any information about the men who he kills? We're they in army camo, were they American? Was this a Vietnam movie?

Might be The Last Grenade, it's a long time since I have seen it but Stanley Baker had a big tache in some 70's films as did Alex Cord.

Cool thanks for your replies guys. I think it is The Last Grenade. I recognise some of the characters from there.
