A theory about Sam/Abz type housemate.

I know that it appears to be and could actually be that BB show more of them towards the final but I am thinking that as the house becomes less populated there are less HMs to get screen time so it appears that Sam and Abz are more likely to be shown.

What do you lot think? Do you think this or do you think it's a deliberate manipulation by BB?

I think they don't get shown so much at the beginning because there are larger, more immediate characters to cram into the HL shows, and so the quieter HMs go "under the radar" and tend to avoid nomination and conflict until there are less of them to choose from for HLs footage. Then they're either nominated because others feel they don't know them/get on with them well enough, or they sail through to the final because they're well-liked and relatively free of conflict. And if they get more HL-time, and show a good personality, they win.

BB is a game of two halves. The first half of the series is an entertainment show where drama and contribution is rewarded by highlight coverage and being saved in evictions. The second half of the series is a popularity contest where whichever housemate appeals mostly to casual viewers stands the best chance of winning.

I think you get too many charaters that over shadow them and takes time for some to come out of there shell and of course the things that are aired is the entertaining bits otherwise would anyone watch it
