The poll is about people who have actually picked up the phone and voted so if somebody has voted for somebody for the sake of it by actually calling in then there vote in this poll is rightly counted.
If you havent called the hotline then do not vote in the poll is basically what the OP is looking for. If you called it and voted no matter your reason then vote in the poll who you called in for.
