Do you think EE producers are slowly bringing them in bit by bit we have seen his bro and mum and when they went to see her in the home kirsty said to her "you should come to Walford sometime" and Carl's mum said "maybe I will" and also heard that Carl doesn't like or get on with his dad so do you think they will become regulars? Or even move to the square?

Carl has no future on the show after he nearly killed Phil and is Max's arch enemy

I honestly dont think DTC will bring in Carl's Family as Carl's time on the Square maybe short...but that is just an hunch.

Bringing in his family would give the character some longevity tbh.

And, what has he done with Shirley?

I hope they get rid of him, he's like a block of wood and sounds as though he could do with a good bottle of cough mixture to clear his chest.

Well Carl as a character cannot last very long so there would be absolutely no point in building a family around him.

I expect he'll stay until the middle next year at the latest. Although how the writers are going to get around the fact that he's framed Max, tried to kill Phil and done god knows what to Shirley is going to be an interesting one.... Maybe I'm wrong in thinking that they'll keep him for another half a year and they are instead heading for a Christmas whodunnit...

I actually became a little bit more interested in Kirsty when they had to pretend they were still together. When Kirsty's with Max she just becomes Tanya 2.0 and it's the same old story.

Compared to a lot of people like Joey and Alice, I don't mind Carl.

Kirsty and Carl may both be killed off together in 2014 I suspect.

They should get Carl and Kirsty back together her and Max don't seem right together

I think under Newman that was the plan but with DTC no in charge it could all change.
