I am educated, not a chav, someone who not only watched GS, but numerous history, wildlife documentaries. I have many family members who are over 40/50 who like Charlotte, so it's not just the "Twitter generation" and the country is not "going to the pits" if she wins.

See, I struggle with this. I actually like Charlotte. I think she is bright and a nice person.

If she were my daughter I would be so ashamed by the way she behaves. I think she could make so much more of herself.

Trouble is, if she had made more of herself she would almost certainly not be as famous or well paid as she actually is.

It is that, not her, that I think is the sad indictment on our country. We should be rewarding decency and hard work not lewd, drunk, out of control, basic behaviour.
