A woman that has a reoccurring storyline in th Sun newspaper that's having a 6 bedroom mansion built for her. She's Jobless with 11 children, but can afford to buy horses with her benefits money and other expensive things. She demanded the council move her to a bigger house and the result being she had a mansion built for her, although can hardly call it a mansion.

Point is, she like Charlotte is famous for having no talent and being rewarded for bad behaviour.
