I would have been happy if Abz won too because hes a genuine chap with a great outlook on life. But Charlotte is a girl who admits to her shortcomings...she doesn't get on a high horse or look down at anyone...She doubts herself sometimes but for the most part she is completely comfertable with who she is...She can shrug things off...She knows who she is and what she brings to the table and is able to be happy and embrace her life.

Love her or hate her...the ability to do that is an AMAZING quality.

Also if your "Ashamed of Your Country" because of this result says more about you than it does Charlotte
