I don't think she's a bad actress, I just thoroughly dislike the character. Selfish, childish, and a bit of a brat.

And the way she screws up her face, aarrgh! - hopefully she'll go and join her mum soon.

Abi's one of my favourites from the younger cast - she's natural, real and much more interesting than the bland Hollyoaks reject pretty boys and girls who have been hired lately. She is a strong influence on Jay and Lola - who are the other two young characters who stand out in a good way.Would love to see her stick around and just go from strength to strength.

I don't mind Lauren but think we need a break from her and, of course, the fact that she has so many scenes with the awful Joey doesn't help.

I'm actually starting to think that the laughter and scoffing after delivery of her lines isn't the actresses nerves but instead something she adds to her portrayal of the character, making Abi seem a bit ditsy/naive. When she's in serious scenes she shows her acting ability.

Lorna has blossomed during the last couple of years and they need to give her a platform to shine further. I would rather watch Lorna and invest an interest in Abi than Jacq and Lauren any day.

I liked when they paired Abi with Jay as it gave her more storyline but since that's died down a little it's back to 'answer the door, Abi, do this Abi, play the dutiful daughter Abi' Who is this girl, the Branning family maid? Sometimes I don't like how the others take her for granted.

I don't think Lorna is the best actress, but she's ok in her role. She has improved a lot in the past few years, but she isn't brilliant.

I think Kierston is actually the weakest actress in the Branning clan. She's absolutely terrible and really wooden/fake. All of her scenes seem very unnatural and she doesn't seem comfortable in the role at all.

Agreed, the idea that Abi is worse than Lauren is ridiculous!
