Ive just tried to set a recording on BBC1WM tonight (Football League Show) and I get the following error when i select "record whole series"

http://imgur.com/0dtq9si

The 2 programmes listed are not in my schedule and it wont allow me to cancel them - when i click on them to cancel it just moves back to the top of the list.

Strangely - if I set it for BBC1HD then I dont have the issue...

I have tried a factory reset (which has cleared my schedule list) but the problem still remains.......

Any ideas how to remove the "ghost" reservations?

I've had the same problem a couple of times, once this last week in fact and it also showed the type of same 'conflict' message - it is something to do with the EPG data I think (GT will know for certain). Seems mainly to happen with BBC local channels. Only thing to do is to try an alternative channel as you did. Fortunately it doesn't happen too often. I have also noticed that occasionally even though I have set a programme to record on BBC NE&C it will record it from another region even though there wasn't a conflict situation.

Barry at myhumax.org reports:
"It is because the programme next week on the 21st only has series crid data currently annotated to it, and therefore the unit is trying to set to many timers. Only solution is to set just a one off timer for this week and hope the BBC correct it for next week."

As it has no episode crid all regions will match.

Just posted an explanation to the OP on MyHumax how crid codes work.
