Is he still in his Coma? Wouldn't he classed as brain dead by now

People in real life stay in coma's for much longer than Nick has and still wake up.

BTW, I love what they've done with this. Everyone expected Nick to be up and about and back to normal in no time (as it always was in good old Phil's days in charge.) I love that they've taken a more realistic approach here. Long coma, and sounds like brain damage when he wakes up. Kudos Blackburn.

Well he was before the accident so I don't think much will have changed. How else could you explain being with that two bit brass, Leanne ?

Agree with this totally, a different aspect to the aftermath f a crash than the usual soap fare.

Is he doing something else off screen or is he taking a long holiday?

Is it even due to Blackburn though? Wouldn't the writers and storyliners be responsible for deciding the length he's in the coma.

Looking forward to when he eventually comes out of his coma to see what the aftermath is...There are so many twists and turns this story-line could go down.. I imagine this will be one of the main stories at Christmas.

What's the betting he won't remember anything so the whole story can be recycled again?
