That was planned cold blooded murder and is often over looked by the 'accidental' push she gave him later so Janine is capable of it. She has, no matter which way you look at it, been directly responsible for the death of two people and the attempted murder of Ryan. Again the Ryan drug overdose is often overlooked by Janine apologists! If it had not been for Stacey, Ryan would have been dead.

I think Janine is certainly capable of murder . I think if she kills Michael, she will feel remorse afterwards, but will be able to justify it in her mind, that he deserved by trying to take her daughter away.

Sorry, I meant you think he was pushed. He wasn't. He grabbed onto her, she pushed him away, not off the edge, and he lost his footing and fell. She didn't intentionally push him off, nor was it her fault he fell. Her only crime was not getting help. Evidently he couldn't have been saved anyway due to the speed of his death, but she didn't make any attempt to do so.

She is not a murderer. There are shaky grounds for manslaughter though. And she would have certainly deserved a prison term for watching him die.

I think theres more chance of him being responsible for his own death than it being Alice or Janine.

Murder wouldn't be out of character for Janine as her character's main motivation has always been self-preservation with no regard for anyone else. It would have to be opportunistic though - like Barry's death was.
