I don't think Billy needs her, but I think she should return anyway. It would be really interesting to see how she is now. Maybe if she was to return, she and Billy could get together further down the line.

Can't believe Freddie is 9!!! She didn't come back during the baby swap. Why? That needs to be explored. What would bring her back I wonder? Would be interesting to see her with Lola!

Maybe she should come back when/if Kat and Alfie remarry.
Aww, I always liked Little Mo and Billy together. I think they just clicked as a couple. It would be nice if she came back, especially as she'd have Kat to interact with too.

A lot has happened since Little Mo left. Billy now has a great granddaughter who was fathered by a murderer. That should make it a lot easier for him to accept Freddie. Also, Freddie would now be a 9 year old boy with his own personality and opinions making it easier for Billy to see him as a person in his own right rather than an extension of his father.
I think Little Mo had a great ending , as she became stronger after years of abuse by Trevor and able to stand on her own two feet. Out of all the Slater sisters, she'd probably be the one I wouldn't mind returning.
