What I like: Nicky’s articulation is that good that even the deaf can read what he is singing.

The wee bit in the Evening Times; page 3 though (lol, not in that sense, no small nipples tonight)... er, my point was, page 3 suggests they think/know people are aware of him and interested even though it's just a tiny puff piece. I know that sounds wrong.

Yup. Beware the Ides of March etc. Though it sounds like it's me who needs to beware.

Mr S took my keys to the ballet. Not me to the ballet, just my keys, so while my keys were watching Swan Lake I was in my evening class sawing through my fingernails and scrubbing off all the skin I'd melted onto my bit of silver (because silver is more valuable than me ). And then I was forced - forced! - to sit in the pub for an hour and a half while I waited for the ballet to finish so he could come and get me and take me home.

I'd happily hazard a guess that that's the most middle class whine ever seen on digital spy.

And I'm very glad to see you back! How was Europe (and what bits?)?

Ah good good. Though I suppose it's a Scottish (Glasgow?) paper.

I went to watch one of the music channels after Coach Trip this evening to see if it might pop up, but I got distracted on the Urban chart trying to find out what this song with an amazing saxophone sample
was and had to endure that awful will.i.am and Miley Cyrus 'jam'.

I think in the context of this thread that all of us, straight, gay or intermediate, all hope the same thing

Thank you Yeah, bit of a grey area I guess, but I'm glad Spooling is still with us

Judging by some of the things he favourites on twitter I think, unfortunately, he's sickeningly straight

Some throat medicine, maybe.

That's interesting, and I'm honestly really glad for him.

I'd be really interested in reading some unbiased accounts of the tour, I'm intrigued as to how so many of them come across to people that weren't going into the shows already loving/hating them.

Yes, a glasgow paper, the evening version of the daily record. Pretty well read though.

I haven't been able to see Coach Trip the last couple of days, I assume your man is still going strong? His friend would be cute if he wasn't so utterly desperate to get laid :/

Lol, but at least you can console yourself with images of them being pressed in a jam press and having all their mil.i.amness squeezed out.

You might like the (fairly bad) music video I directed/edited then. That has a single swinging lightbulb in it. Lighting a drunk clown (don't ask)

Yep, that definitely seems to be a thing at the moment. Disclosure always seem to be rocking that look. You need good shoulders to carry it off, I think, which fortunately Nicky does.

And I'm sure we could enlighten him.

Well it's certainly good that at least one media outlet is being supportive (other than the crushingly predictable snark-merchants down here)

Yep. He followed me the other day too

They're on a yellow card now, though. His friend is growing on me a bit. And yeah, he would be cute if he wasn't constantly pining for random foreign beauties. He does look a little like an old housemate of mine though, which is a little off-putting.

I was being tongue in cheek, I'm sure you can actually be a straight male and appreciate 1D....

Spoiler
I do actually know a straight male who is a 1D fan, for the record.

I actually do like the sound of that. Plus I love clowns purely on the principle that all my friends are terrified of them, have hysterical breakdowns in their proximity, etc etc etc.

Best friend eva, me.

Actually you're right, it is a shoulders thing. Kingsland Road did it all the time so I thought maybe it was just a hipster thing, then LF did it all the time (and didn't/doesn't suit it) so I realised it was just trendy. Nicky's the only one I've seen that actually suits it though.

Sorry, I'm posting far far too much, sorry

I did think it was a good sign, it was on the first page you see when you open the paper (and no breasts to distract anyone) and a nice, positive little piece.

Quote:

*happy dance* I'm very pleased for you I shall support him unconditionally now.

We could double date! Well, if it wasn't for Mr S and your ex-housemate. But he is so much more my type (dark hair! dark hair is everything)

This is probably a case for Jeremy Kyle.
