Nicky's in London rehearsing for his upcoming gigs. Hopefully that means there's more coming than the couple that have been announced so far.

Must be London gigs coming up then. Can't see them rehearsing there otherwise?

He doesn't give a lot away does he but it seems something is happening at last. I thought he might have flown down with Hannah, but according to her Twitter, she's just on her way to the airport. She is coming back in May tho'

I remember seeing an interview on YouTube with both Nicky and Luke, and Luke said he found it frustrating how they have to keep quiet about things until the Gods above make the official announcement....two months later.

A perfect example of this was Movies week after Nicky sang Angel, and whilst talking to Dermot let slip that it was disco week the following week and Dermot's reaction was one of "ssshh, you're not supposed to say that". It made me laugh, but it make me think "why is it such a secret".

I remember that interview - they were asked what Luke's winners single would have been and he said he wasn't sure he could say while Nicky thought it would be ok..... this was well after the event (at the joint Torquay gig), but does show how they sign themselves over to the machine. Wee souls, you do hope everything works out for them

Blimey. Do you think the interviewer actually gets paid for that? Possibly the dullest questions ever, and he sounded even less interested in Lawson, and, er....... Conor ...um...

That's usually the case with most DJ's and TV presenters. They're so focused on their job and thinking more about timings than anything else. That's why TV presenters absolutely hate it when things go wrong live on air and they have to fill for endless minutes.

It ultimately shows you how much interest they genuinely have in the subject matter that they can't even improvise on what they say.

To be honest, I reckon this DJ on Radio Jersey doesn't even know who Nicky is, he just gets to ring him up and ask questions. The lack of enthusiasm speaks volumes.

On the flip side, at least Nicky got some actual airplay which makes a refreshing change.

Nicky should do a cover of Return Of The Mack by Mark Morrison, but rename the song Return Of The Mc. If I had it my way, it would have a proper funny music video and be the official Comic Relief single for 2015.

Sadly I suspect it'll be The Vamps who end up doing the Comic Relief single next year, or God forbid Elyah Fox who seems like a right laugh. :?
