I've seen people tweet that at him and also Luke, I think it's just an alternative, brattish attempt at getting followed. There was a popular tweet about Luke saying he'd gone very quiet on twitter now he didn't need people to vote for him on the show, suddenly Luke tweeted more. Dunno if it's coincidence or if they notice that crap and feel they have to act on it. It must be so insane to have to be on constantly, and constantly have to tweet/fb/instagram anodyne crap just to keep that voracious teen appetite vaguely sated.

Yeah if you got caught up in trying to do all that stuff as much as that particular set of fans you'd go crazy. It'd be a full-time job in itself. And of course, the more you respond to it, the more you encourage that kind of expectation.
