He has a private twitter account too, I've discovered. Or at least it appears he has. It could just be a faker pretending to be him, of course, with the express purpose of receiving those very sorts of inappropriate DMS and photos.But it's completely private and unsearchable, so perhaps not.

He lost about 100 followers in 2 hrs time.
It has been worse, but most of those who hate twitter spam already disconnected at the occasion of previous incidents I think.

I think it's better he burns his fingers a couple of times. He's young and will recover. He has been chaperoned all his life by his family. I guess he has to learn and become a bit independent.

The girls were stupid; it was obvious within about 30 seconds that it wasn't him and even 90% of the girls tweeting that they were heartbroken knew that it wasn't him. Me, I'd have been far more evil... But yeah, I wouldn't wish the kind of shitstorm that Luke caused the other night on anyone.

That's a good point really, and it was really not damaging to him so more a lesson learned about being more careful than anything nastier.
