Yes, maybe a one-nighter.

I've thought there's always been a bit of a twinkle between Stella and Dev. Would only be a short lived thing if it did happen...

It's been hinting at this since before Sinita even died. I'm actually surprised it hasn't happened yet.

I think Stella is spent as a character.

I hope not, especially in the long term. The poor children might pick up her accent as well as his intonation. By the way, does anyone read The Mirror's 'What We Learned From Corrie' column? (It's online.) The writer suggested there was a lot of flirtation i the way Dev asked Karl what had to be done to get a drink...oh, that just hurts.

Another vote for Dary, about time she got some action, she's already been rebuffed by Roy and Norris

Mary would be the best bet as regards his children. But does she know about all his other children, whom he never ever mentions?

I agree. At the moment they are the only ones who can comfort each other due to their shared suffering which, in Soap land, usually leads to a night of passion - or maybe two .

As far as Mary is concerned, I wouldn't be surprised if she turns her attention to a distraught Roy after Hayley's exit. Unfortunately it will no doubt be another case of unrequited love on Mary's part, but I can see Roy finding comfort in her company and the two of them together could provide some comic moments in months to come .
