Yes, you're right on both counts.
She was a nasty bully during BB3; that's why she was disliked.
She, along with Jade were so horrible to Sophie & to this day, I can't understand why anybody would pick on someone as mild mannered & inoffensive as Sophie.

Adele, presumably, because she fancied Lee and he turned his attention to Sophie.
Jade, because she was a serious bully.

Probably because Jade stayed in longer & folk forgot about what she did because she was so zany.
Adele was evicted with the backdrop of nastiness still foremost in peoples' minds.

Jade was lucky to have the edit be in her favour that week. The producers were genuinely worried about her status as a hate figure. She still ended up being booed at the final, although not the same way Adele was.
