I'll check back later since class is starting, but it seems this is legit from the numerous sources if you google it. Wow, that means the remaining three have all lost their jobs. |

I don't think Spencer can lose his job?

It just says Spencer's employers admonished him not that he'd lost his job.
As for Andy, the statement from the college doesn't say anything about him not working there again in the future on the same kind fixed-term contracts as they've probably had in the past. |

There would be mediation in the process and sadly he isn't available to take part at the moment. |

For Andy, he lost his placement there when he didnt come back in September.
Spencer can lose his job, but it is very difficult to fire union workers. It'd be interesting to see what comes of that. |

There's going to be alot of fallout when some of these housemates go back to the real world - Aaryn, GM, Spencer, Andy, Amanda......I almost feel bad for them because it will haunt them for a while.
I think Andy will have the hardest time dealing with it, even if he wins. He'll be thinking people will respect him as a person and also his game, but I'm struggling to see much respect from people for either. |

I think the trade union has actually dismissed Spencer but not his employer, however with no more union membership it shouldn't be as difficult for them to get rid of him when he leaves.
Andy is like Ragan, a faux-Professor who did a few hours teaching at a community college. Does he even have a PHD? |

I read a good article about Spencer's employment status a few weeks ago. Apparently he has effectively already lost his job, but his place in the union means that the company won't come out and say it until he's out of the house and speaks to his rep. He's officially on leave at the moment, but it sounded unlikely that he'd ever return to work.

He has a masters degree in communication. It's on his okcupid profile.
