Bailey in Neighbours looks like a girl

When I first saw this character I thought he was a girl.
I still think he looks female. I don't know how any female character is supposed to be interested in him.
Or am I the only one who thinks this?

The actor who plays Bailey is 17 years old and is nearly 18.

I do believe the correct terminology is androgynous.

Plenty of young men look androgynous. Up to the age of 24, I was very feminine.

Even now, I am often called "Mrs" or "Madam" on the telephone.
