It's doing fine where it is, it attracts the relevant audience, and there is absolutely no evidence that it would gain more viewers by switching days or channels.

Are these genuine or predictions?
If genuine, not bad. Previous Friday starts have been around that (in 2011 anyway).
Can't decide whether that is decent for S.H.I.E.L.D or not. Obviously way more than if it was hidden on Sky (then again Arrow pulls in fantastic figures) and the close airing to the US (quite surprising for 4) will help
