I don't think SHIELD is in any immediate danger of not getting a back order (unless it has another 30% drop next week). The concern for ABC won't be that its fallen, because that was always going to happen, but how quickly its fallen. As long as it stays around this kind of level though ABC will be over the moon with it and it'll be odds on as their number one or two drama (depending on what Scandal and Grey's do in the weeks to come).
At this point though SHIELD, NCIS and The Voice are all denting one another in the 8PM hour. Just as a comparison point The Voice average a 4.2 in the 8PM hour on Monday night and on Tuesday night it averaged a 3.8. At 9PM it was pretty much stable with a 5.1 on Monday and a 5.0 last night. If we assume CBS and ABC are both taking similar hits at 8PM then you'd have NCIS at a 3.8 and SHEILD at a 3.6. Its going to be interesting to see if ABC stick with SHIELD in this Tuesday night slot over the long term. Their intent was good but...
I'm slightly surprised by how badly Person of Interest is holding up on Tuesday night to be honest. Its down an entire point year-on-year. It was always going to drop a little with the move to 10PM but that's a long way down. And it would seem a series low.

Its hard to tell with Fox. They stuck with Mindy not just for an entire season but renewed it as well. I think they'll probably stick with Brooklyn Nine-Nine through to the new year at least especially given that the rest of the block is such a huge mess. Dads I'm less confident on.
