NCIS rates so highly and just gets ignored by the media because other shows with smaller ratings do better in ad friendly demos. Ratings like that in the multi-channel age are impressive.

If they stick with 135 minutes, they could start at 7:45pm and be finished by 10pm. They do need to maximise X Factor's rating as much as they can, as it's been ailing during the live shows for the last two years.
