Also read on ONTD that Niall is also staying at another hotel so looks like it is crowd control indeed! Also reading posters thinking Harry thinks he is above himself not joining the band on their trips today. Sheesh unbelievable. If there is nothing to make up then this fandom sure will

What is ONTD?

The thing is they say stuff like that but then what about when Zayn wasn't at the Class Of 92 premiere? They didn't think he was above the rest. So by their theory that doesn't make sense at all.

Seems a lot of fans on Twitter are getting annoyed at Harry separating himself from the other boys and courting media attention with the latest girl that is in the spotlight. They are also blaming management for consistently leaking stories about Harry and his latest relationship to the media instead of concentrating on promoting all of the boys. Harry also apparently shouted at a group of fans who were trying to get photographs with him which is understandable in my opinion as the constant fans following you would get on anyone's nerves. But management do need to be careful as the fans do seem to care about all the boys being treated equally even though I think the other boys like to remain out of the spotlight as much as possible.

Apparently Zayn was there but arrived late.

Another day & another proof that part of the fandom thinks completely differently from me!

It seems Harry went out today and asked the fans to stop following him, tried to lose them, told them he was coming back and didn't, and was so "ruuuuude" (I have not clue in what order or in which way he was rude, it's just how the person sees it. Then again, it's this twitter account @StalkingTips who basically seems to think that stalking celebs is the most natural thing on earth).

So now some people are complaining about Harry's behaviour (how rude that he doesn't want to share every detail of his private life, let you follow him around, or that he doesn't stay more low key -despite the fact that asking the fans for privacy means he wants to stay low key...), while others are defending him.

IMO: Another tempest in a glass of water about a non-event that was created by fans -who don't seem to be able to respect boundaries.

I feel for the boys though, having to deal with that all the time must be awful. They always try to be nice, but the nicer they are, the more is expected from them in a way... There is a french phrasing for that "give the hand, they want the arm": people will always want more.
Maybe Zayn has it right: there are a lot less expectations from him, and less complaints.

I think that this will blow over soon enough, but I find the fan reaction quite incredible...

They seem to think that stalking is the most natural thing in the world, it's a bit concerning, isn't it?
They also don't want numerous articles about Harry's love life but want to know everything about it ("he could just tell us the truth"), so they are feeding the maching with this need to know everthing as well IMO.

I don't know if it's really their PR team that's making up all these Harry&girl stories. They generate quite a lot of buzz and hits and could be profitable for the media too, couldn't they? I agree that it's unfortunate that there are so many of them... But Niall has had quite a few recently, so it seems that it's spreading to all the single members! 1D is cerrently quite high profile, and the "press" is writing about them (sales, music, and love life for a big chunk of it...).

I think they chose this career, and that's just what comes with it, especially in the US... They seem to have the right attitude (endure the screaming while it lasts, make the best out of it, always be nice, don't comment on news stories about whom they're dating etc.). After all, it all generates headlines and keeps people interested in them. Once these articles disappear, it's definitely going downwards...

But obviously, those girls (mostly...) on twitter and tumblr don't do themselves, the fandom and the boys any favour by spreading silly rumours and not respecting the boys' privacy. No wonder they go to seperate hotels. And I'd even say Harry's and Louis' friendship was destroyed by those who are now complaining that they barely interact with each other. Shame they don't seem to see that!

But my point being, there have probably been other events where one of the boys was absent yet that isn't such a big deal.

The same with this whole thing about Harry being rude to fans. I've seen plenty of times on twitter about the other boys apparently being rude too but again it always seems to be a bigger deal if it's Harry.

I agree with Annushka though about it being ridiculous that some people seem to think it is completely normal and fine to stalk someone just because they are in the spotlight. Reverse the situation and you could be put in prison. Over dramatic I know but it's true.
