She looks fab. Meh to the UK. Alex was never one of them yo start off with and would never be accepted. For starters she looks completely different and that makes a différence. Let her go on and succeed. Love ha.
Watched the breakfast club video, this guy called Ty Dolla $igns who's like blowing up right now, he mentioned he's comanaged by Kevin liles. He's with kwl and he wrote that new song jlo dropped and loyal Chris brown dropped. He's signed up Atlantic. I want him to write her a ratchet joint, something fun and ratchet lol

She's travelling to NY in First Class, looks like her budget has been massively upped.
When she was with RCA she travelled in Club World on BA so that's interesting. Also, how stunning does this performance outfit look?

Lol first class BA one way is at least 5k at this time of year so budgets definitely have been upped since RCA where I'm surprised she wasn't world traveller. And the outfits lately >>>>

Isn't it like 8k? I think Club costs like 3k-5k depending. But she has definitely had some kind of cash injection if she's flying first class back to NY. Has to be the new label as I doubt she has that much spare cash lying around at one time, especially considering her last hit era was years ago.

At this time of year NYC first class is about an average of 10k return flight so one way would be around 5k. It obviously fluctuates for different days and times so id imagine it could reach 8k so she's Definitely got more finance on her side this time.

Either way, she's got a month to finish the album now, so hopefully she's staying in America now and the era will get started soon. The first single is probably going to drop once the album is completed, so more than likely March, then she will be filming the video etc. so we've probably got a bit of a wait. Plus she still has to confirm the label which I reckon will happen soon.

You're actually right it's more towards 8k, I have discount so my figures are wrong lmao. It's going to be a while but at least everything looks promising.

Yeah I usually save for Club because I hate the other seats and I know First class is too much because I've checked in the past, good for Alex getting that money though
It will be a while, it looks like there was delay as well but we're used to that I guess. As long as they pick the right song and have it out by spring it will be all good.

I think they have as well. I had a feeling that when she went quiet, there would be a change of plans. I don't think NMY or Shine should be single contenders either.

I want NMY as an AC single though, it has me excited vocally for her album. They do them radio only singles in the US.

I suppose, but as a new artist it's better that she establishes herself with one song that is pushed to be a hit rather than throwing buzz singles out. I think a radio single is really only something she could do after she has had a hit single.
Radios won't just play her songs if she's not recognised. That's why it takes months for a song to take off as radios across the States have to play the song and increase the adds. We also need to pray that she gets good radio agents with the new label as they are key in getting stations to play particular songs.
So I think it's best to push one main song really hard, but I don't think NMY is the right song for that.
Am I the only one here that believes what they're doing is right? Calm down people, this is her one and only opportunity and I know they won't ruin it. It's only a matter of time, as you all say - shooting the video, closing the tracklist, getting press attention - all of this takes time and apparently no one here is willing to wait, despite knowing the situation.

Regarding album like zack said I only think NMY is appropriate for AC not radio push single I think as well they do have more sessions lined up maybe a couple with Rico's team or more urban/R&B prods
I think also they'll have secured collabs Alex still has to do her Estelle session so it's likely they've finalised all collabs and are getting them all in the studio with AB throughout feb can't wait for this
