There was a rumour on Twitter that Alex had signed to Vested In Culture which is an imprint label of Epic. Sylvia used to be in charge of VIC so I guess that's how she got the job at Epic.

But if this has been announced now, then it supports what Alex was saying about not being "allowed" to say anything until this month. Maybe they have some more announcements to make, especially with Jojo's role at Epic, these are strong links for Alex.

Alex's schedule seems a bit crazy. She's performing at The Savoy in London tonight, then she's got a performance at The Lincoln Center in New York tomorrow. I hope she doesn't wear herself out by the time she gets back to the States.

But at least she'll be back in the US tomorrow (hopefully) so we might be getting the news we've been waiting for soon.
