I personally thought the snippets were ok. a huge improvement from glassheart. I wish Alex was still in a position to release an album with a label backing her.

I think she threw a listening party where she sang all new songs and there were a lot of her fans on it
She didn't sing it there. You'd think someone would know where it was showcased given it's apparently one of the two strongest songs on the album.

It is according to some people who have heard it. Leona herself described it as a big ballad and at the end of the day, it's Diane Warren + Leona Lewis we are talking about. This can't go wrong.

My inner stan has prayed for her to release her version of Whitney's best. YAAAAS!

Btw, has anyone seen the show live on the tour since it was revamped? I wanted to but had finals to work for. I may go at the end of the year.

I saw the revamped version and the west end one - there is a lot of minor changes and song re-arrangements. QOTN looked so much better that it did in london! Was great - I think it was better than London!

Is anyone going to Alexandra's Jazz Cafe gig? I would love to go, but I'm not sure I could afford the airplane tickets and a hotel. Fingers crossed her management will invite some talent scouts (not sure if that's the right word) from some record companies.

I am going! And I can tell you that if you book the flight now it wont be that expensive! And as for hotel.. Take some friends with you and pay for a room, not for a people in it - that's also helpfull
I mean... Im doing it all from Poland... Maybe the planes are more expensive where you live but try to look for something nice anyway.
+I am crazy about it. It will be the first time that I will se her live so it feels so unreal lol

Zoe is nominated for Wast End Frame award for being alt Rachel.. That's amazing for her and I feel like this is amazing actually! So hude congrats to Zoe!
But at the same time it feels weird that Miss Burke didn't even get one nomination for her work now. I didn't see that show but people are always blown away by her...
I hope the cast recording will do good on Itunes because it's been a while since Alex was on top in charts so that would be cool

I'm going and I'm really interested to see what her set list will be. There's no way she'll sing stuff like Bad Boys, Broken Heels, All Night Long etc, not at a venue like the Jazz Café. I'm looking forward to it.

Seeing Alex tweet about dropping new music in the next few weeks feels actually really good. Im glad to hear it actually because I need something more!
Plus do we know anything about Hall of Fame music video? I don't know why but I feel like she is going to show it in the Jazz Cafe first.

And she said on twitter that she will sing new songs in Jazz Cafe (because you asked about the setlist)

Oop, I completly forgot about this.

Don't worry been promoting her on ATRL

Renegade was really good and I'm thinking about seeing her at the Jazz Cafe, just gotta find someone to go with

Nice to see this place still going.

EDIT: Wait have they changed the ticket price or something, I'm sure it was much cheaper than £25 when I first saw.

Be nice to hear new music from her. Tbh I've lost interest in her career once she announced The Bodyguard tour but still fond of her.

The tour will all be worth it for the CD soundtrack

Leona talking about Alex:

Obviously Alexandra Burke went on to do The Bodyguard, did you talk to her about it?

“I haven’t spoken to her in a while but I heard that she was incredible doing it and I heard such amazing reviews.”

Whitney is quite the icon, those are some big shoes to step into…

“It’s huge! I know! That’s why I’m a bit like ‘Woah, give me a few years’.”

They aren't all in white, but varying shades ranging from pale blue to cream. I don't know why though. I remember when this aired and how I thought it was live haha.
