they met through alex i believe... gemma was a fan, followed alex around and met david somewhere.

i'm sure thats how it happened!
Thats so bizarre...I used to talk to Gemma all the time in my Tweam days because I helped her run the Tweam YouTube page, I had no idea about this though! I remember she had a big fall out with other tweam leaders in 2011 and stepped down, maybe it was something to do with this?

Don't know who that chick is, but she must have a good network. It must be some producer session, apparently she's only in London for 2 days, so that must have something to do with why Alex delayed going back to America.

She's rude as hell. It's not the first time I've seen her do that. Let me tell you something, if she ever tries that with me, I won't hold back. Can't be doing with people who think they can talk down to others because they think they are something special.

No wonder Tweam had arguments with her with an attitude like that. All this drama is so off-putting and damaging the fanbase.

Epic is on such dodgy grounds ATM, rumours going around that all artists getting dropped cos it's gone bankrupt near enough, not producing enough revenue/

Hopefully if laface is relaunched... it's got a good backing etc and not so much involvement wid Epic

I said this a couple of pages back, that label is burning down lmao. Luckily my faves on that label have joint deals, but for the likes of Karmin, Cher Lloyd, Avril etc it's not looking good for them.

Apparently L.A. bankrupted the label with overspending. That's quite concerning as investors might not want to get on board with LaFace if L.A is running it.

Yeah I heard about that too. I'm glad tbh, I want 5H as far away from Epic as possible and Simon will probably move them over to Columbia as their A&R is affiliated through Syco. I do feel bad for Cher though, as she left Syco and with Epic going downhill, I don't think there's much hope left for her.

I'm glad Alex is filming the video now. She should think about releasing previews when the single is ready and utilise VEVO as much as possible.

Have been watching Alex's x-factor performances. A few observations:

- Louis was one of her biggest supporters during the show. Shame he turned on her because she beat his act in the final.
- Cheryl seemed so genuine in her friendship towards Alex. Wonder why she just dropped her? That must have hurt Alex.
- I had forgotten how much she cried
- She really was outstanding week after week. Why is she not a massive star, based on her voice and performance skills? There really is no justice

5H will be saved because Syco won't want yet another X Factor USA act dropped, it would damage their credibility even more.

Cher Lloyd is in an unlucky position. I can't see her getting picked up by another label because all her singles besides Want U Back have flopped in the US. Even the lead single from her new album flopped, so she's in danger.

She's shooting the video "in the next few weeks", so I think the song will premiere in January imo.

- Louis is that kind of person. It's a shame because he did seem to like her during the show.
- Cheryl is just fake. Looking back, it was probably all for show. I noticed that soon after her solo career became a success, she just dropped Alex, and did the same to all the other acts she mentored. I don't buy that she just "lost touch" with Alex, because if Beyoncé can find time for Alex, then Cheryl sure as hell can as well.
- I think she's always been like that.
- There's still time for that. Fortunately for Alex, she's been given a gift which will always open doors for her. I just hope that this next album gives her the levels of success that she deserves.

Some of the biggest artists in the world had to release four or five albums before they really became BIG and reached their peaks. I believe Alexandra's time is yet to come, but it will be soon.

This is why I went off Cheryl. She only really cares about herself and she'll go to any lengths to get what she wants. It's a shame because I actually thought her friendship with Alex was genuine.

Speaking of come-backs Pixie Lott is also making a come-back next year... I don't mind her to be honest.

ahh I think she's the most annoying of the lot, and it takes a lot to be more annoying than Jessie J. And she thinks she's gonna crack the US so.. Alex better watch out.. lool

I forgot how good All Night Long is as a song. It's just amazing. For me, it's the song that defines the Overcome era.

The solo version with the single mix production is the best version.

Mess.

Looooooooool. I don't mind her but that's only cos I actually like some of her songs but that's it tbh. Not really stanning for her. I didn't even know she was attempting to crack the US, think she's better off promoting in Europe.

But this is her new single http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGP4SoovI48

Same, but I like the single mix production because it's a bit faster than the album version. Plus the album version has this cheap sounding synth at the start which I don't like. But I like both versions.

It's funny to hear the demo because Alex sings it so much better. The song is made for her voice.

That was by Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green and now she is singing it? Strange!
