I loved it as an EP track but I don't think it should make the album. This might sound controversial but I think what makes SY great is Wretch's verse. Alex's delivery doesn't sound natural on the track.

I think SY is decent, I don't think Alex's vocals are the problem at all.
The issue is that the song (and the EP in general) was not mixed properly, so the mix sounds flat and too rough for my liking. Obviously it was a free release, but she should know better than that. The whole EP didn't sound great at all and her vocals sounded off as a result, but I like her delivery on SY.
Syco turned her into a clean cut popstar so maybe some aren't used to this more sultry side, but as also seen on BTS, I think she can definitely pull it off.

I don't care about sex songs at all I just think the execution needs more work on her sultry delivery I feel she's missing some more confidence in how she delivers the songs in this vein BTS is solid tho I liked that and it felt authentic

1. The length of the songs in the snippet, no more you is 30 seconds & shine is around 4 minutes. This to me seems like they're confident with the final mix of No More You etc.
2. She has the resume of someone called Yale Hansen on her desktop, anyone know who that guy is?

Same. It was the 'nothing under this robe' bit that put me off. It didn't sound sexy at all. The Seduuuuce Youuu part was cute though.
Only realising how many wasted songs there are on HOH. Alex could put some that weren't released onto the album especially Between The Sheets.. That song with a feature could slay in the US

If there's one song to use it deffo is BTS. Refine the production and boom. A smash. Could even be a second single

Ugh, I absolutely hate VEVO! She had way more views on her own channel than the Vevo one, not to mention other artists too.

Well views are allowed to be transferred. Leona and countless other acts have done it.
She said her management are trying to sort out her VEVO. I hope they get those 50 million views back onto her VEVO account. Hallelujah and Bad Boys were both 20m+ views.
Omg Ive been listening to Shine and Im addicted to it now. Both songs have grown on me. Lol it doesnt matter which one she chooses for the first songle. Ill be happy with either one.

I like both but I think No More You is catchier personally.

Agreed. Also it could be a top 40 record and could crossover. Shine imo, would barely be top 40 on /R&B/Hip Hop songs.
So is she flying back to the States then? She's on a plane somewhere now. I hope so, it's time to get this show on the road.
