Continuation of: The Jedward Appreciation Thread (Part 25)
Might be good if they practiced saying "we're really excited about our Australian tour dates in November, everyone should come and check us out!"

Yay new thread. Let's sum up their Australian Adventure:

Articles/interviews posted:
X Factor backstage
Australian Associated Press
Audios from the Bump Show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsW93...ature=youtu.be and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKnmXPRdU3k

Today (in Australia) the twins have to visit the TV shows "The today show" and "Mornings" of Channel 9, MTV Australia and SBS Pop Asia among others

They've done a photoshoot (no idea for what), talked to the Sidney Morning Herald and the Daily Telegraph, they will be in the Bump Show again this week and they'll probably catch up with the teen mags Dolly and Girlfriend

Woohoo! A new thread!

Among all the cool Australian media, I'm very excited that they're making an appearance on SBS PopAsia. It's essentially dedicated to Asian pop, but the Jeds have got an appearance to talk about meeting Big Bang and Psy. This is very clever! As we know, they're proper Big Bang fanboys, so I'm sure they'll have a lot to talk about!

I hope a video of SBSasiapop webcast turns up they sang live their version of Everyday Superstar over TVXQ's version of Superstar.

This video interview for AAP is nice and calm.

Hope we get to hear the piano playing soon.

In SBSasiapop interview John says he was talking to scooter Braun about how Bigbang should be massive world wide. He needs to discuss Jedward going world wide with people like scooter!

It shows that they really are huge music fans! I think there was a recent video where John was talking about listening to Led Zeppelin and other classic rock. They just take it all in and it comes out in their performances and I'm sure it will influence their songwriting too.

Today they've caught up with Girlfriend magazine, MTV Australia, News Talk 2UE (radio), Hollywood treatment, Nine msn, The Herald Sun from Melbourne, The Bump Show and The Fix (entertainment NZ site). Not sure if they visited Out in Perth too.

That was a great interview

I think my favourite interview was either the SBS Asia one which was fun, flirty and knowledgeable - with Edward in a little world of his own sometimes or the AAP photoshoot one.

Maybe there will be a Christmas DVD of "A night for Christy" http://www.herald.ie/news/night-for-...-29593548.html
I still think that not launching a single of "She's so beautiful" is a lost opportunity

BIB - I agree but isn't Planet Jedward full of missed opportunities?

Still the dvd will be a nice reminder and may even spark interest in the idea again.

I'm concerned about the financial viability of the Oz tour.

They may be hoping for support from Irish fans as well as locals : an estimated 40,000 Irish people emigrated to Australia in 2011 and 2012.

"She's So Beautiful" would be a good Christmas single - a nice feelgood track!

I've been thinking about this too, they need good ticket sales. Let's hope that when all the interviews are published (specially those in Dolly and Girlfriend magazine) the ticket sales take off.

Fingers crossed the recent promo trip manages to shift a few.

I hope so, too... does anyone know whether J&E have a local promoter lined up for the big push right before the tour?
