When J&E first started off, they could harmonize... I wonder what happened to that. Such a pity.

This is such a wonderful review from a stalwart fan... thank you so much for posting.

Now that J&E have conquered Australia, the sky is the limit! Woo-hoo!
Haha! Here's a more unbiased review:

Weirdly, I'd always thought they weren't very good at harmonising and seemed to 'shout' over each other but they seemed to have been working on this recently.

Funnily enough I was thinking how much their harmonising has improved, they seem to have found each other's level more now .

They've obviously been practicing

That's what I meant - I think the background has blinded me so I can't articulate properly.

Poland? Seriously?

I wish whoever it is that is recommending this schedule to the twins would just, like, stop. Does this person not realize that the twins do not have bottomless pockets... this is not a game.

It's becoming ridiculous now.
what do you mean with Poland? Are these rumours or wishful thinking of polish fans? J&E are not crazy , they will not make a tour there, don´t worry.

Of course every fan around the world has the right to wish that J&E will give a concert in his/hers homecountry.

Let's just say that some of the more vulnerable Polish fans are being encouraged by someone they think has an inside-track to the twins and their management.

The mobile version seems slightly more useable, but it's not ideal!

Now the twins are back from Australia next stop is Panto I assume

No, J&E are no longer harmonizing... they have concentrated on blending their voices, which is certainly an understandable and necessary first step.

They could do simple harmonies in the run-up to x-factor... and I certainly understand why their mentor chose to blend their voices and go w/ the stronger voice in terms of projection (John) due to the time constraints of the contest.

But what they are doing in concerts to date is not harmonizing.

It's not that difficult to harmonize... take it up or down a third on the verses, or just phrases, and come together on the choruses with finishes ending in the thirds, or fifths.

Call me a silly traditionalist... but it's kind of expected of dual/multiple acts.

this is harmonizing... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaSFzp6IDgw

It's called 'cradling' the melody... and yes, J&E can do it. It's actually not that difficult, just sing the harmony so many times that you actually think it's the melody.

or... one could start out as an individual voice and introduce harmonizing at a mid-point... that works, too.

Maybe they should be honest. Have a panto mine and have the twins come on and sing a song every 15 minutes.

I am so excited for Panto 2013, I mean, FANS ARE FLYING IN FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD... THAT'S AMAZING!

I can't WAIT until Panto 2014, I wonder what it will be... Cinderella... that's my total favorite!

Panto teaches so much about stage craft... how to over-emphasize and over-react... the perfect platform to reach the world stage.

I am soooooo excited!
