I've not posted here for weeks but you have summed up pretty much everything about the current situation.
I met Susannah at panto, it was a very brief encounter but she seemed nice and kind, that's why I couldn't understand her tweets at first, I even thought she had been hacked. But after a few more tweets I noticed that it was her, telling off Jedwardgenius in public! and in a very rude way. The later tweets made things worse, ignoring what she had just caused and blocking the most outspoken fans.
What I can't believe the most is the twins silence in this. Jedgen DMed them about it and she didn't get a single word back. Not even a warm one that could have helped her inmensely. A silly "you're cool" would have been enough to stop the sh*tstorm and it wouldn't be like they're going against their Mum...
They can't ignore what is happening, and they shouldn't allow it. Yes, it's their Mum. Yes, it's their Manager. But yes, she can also be wrong. I don't know if there are more stuff backstage that can help to understand this. But even if there are hidden reasons, it was wrong to make it public.
Also they've been the first people messaging Charlotte when they've needed something from fans but didn't want to be too "public" about it, as media track their twitter account (voting in polls, spamming people, etc). The fact that they're letting her go it's really really sad.
The next messages from Team Jedward to the fandom were: vote in this poll and buy these concert tickets. No nice words. No love. Nothing.
I love John and Edward, but this whole situation is making me feel like a money dispenser, and it's making me see them as money making tools operated by their Mum.
The positive person in me wants to think that when they're back from L.A., fans will confront them about this. But I bet that when they land in Dublin, they'll go V.I.P. through the airport so they can avoid it. And who knows if there will be fans brave enough (or who care enough) to talk to them about this.
Anyway everything "seems" pretty fine to MJ's eyes. The meet and greet tickets for the Dublin concert are sold out, the normal tickets seem to be selling well, people are still tweeting her how much they love everything, and the twins are still enjoying L.A. Crisis? What Crisis?

Every day I check Charlotte's tweets to see if there is any indication of a word to her from the twins. Like you said, Flying Camel, even a 'You're cool' DM would suffice for now.
But it seems by all accounts that she's not heard a word from them and is pretty devastated.
I've never even met the girl, but I feel like I know her. I have used her website for years and followed her on twitter.
I remember being astounded when I discovered she was just a fan and financed everything herself. How she fit JedGen in and around her many jobs....extraordinarily dedicated.
Whether management realise it or not, she has played a huge part in their success.

I feel pretty sad about it all. It needs to be resolved.
I really hope some fans have the guts to ask them about this.

Sadly, I don't see this situation being resolved any time soon. If Susannah was going to apologise or do something to make the situation right she would have done so by now. She seems to be one of those people who will not back down or appologise for fear of appearing weak or losing face. She's like blimmin Maggie Thatcher: the ladies not for turning! 
But I think the fans could move on from that if it weren't for the twins themselves. They are either agreeing with their mum or are too scared to stand up to her and that's very unpalatable when it is hurting someone who gave them unswerving loyalty and whom they have used when it suited them and now, on the face of it, cast aside.
I know Susannah has (or had) access to the twins twitter because she maintained it for them during CBB and it's possible the twins can't even dm without her knowing but they are grown men and need to man up! If they are waiting till the gig to say something personally it's too late. The crisis is now and people will be long gone by then.

Just wanted to say that I agree entirely with everyone's comments regarding the JedGen situation. Unfortunately, I can't help feeling that the longer it goes without anything being done, it won't get resolved how we would like. 
I suppose it is possible that during a twitter reply session (if they ever do them again) that a kind tweet might occur.

That's quite odd. Like it was always one of those open secrets. The gaffers and fans knew, but they didn't go telling everyone. I noticed it was listed as the contact address for the Blaze domain name. But this is quite odd. I mean, post office boxes aren't terribly expensive.
Oh well. Another odd aspect of management under MJ.
By the way, I've noticed that JedGen has removed the official Jedward contact address from the JedGen website. Now it's just the regular JedGen email.
P.S. In an attempt at some loveliness, I'm getting well into Eurovision again, thinking back to the good times of '11 and '12 and enjoying the national selections so far this year.

I guess that's just a sign how hurt she was by all that happened
but I am glad she has felt able to reactivate the twitter and hopefully she will restore the JedGen website to more than a contact page soon.I'm with you on Eurovision!
I'm actually going to Copenhagen for the ESC this year!
I've got tickets for the Friday night Jury Final but haven't managed to get Final tickets yet (I'm trying but they're like gold dust! If we can't get tickets we'll just join the street party and watch the final on the big screen). I've got the twins to thank for that: they reawakened my love of Eurovision!

She was a 50 year old schoolteacher with absolutely zero experience of the showbiz industry and no contacts in the business. Say what you like about Louis, but he has been a successful music manager for over 40 years whereas Susannah is hopelessly under qualified for the job.
Is it pure coincidence that everything seems to be going pear shaped since she took over?

I disagree completely. Please don't forget that LW had pre-booked J&E to a sheep-shearing festival and Butlins after Waterline.
We don't know the back story. And I refuse to redeem/pine-for Mr. Walsh... he worked those kids to the bone and was only concerned about their bank account ... aka his commission.
Yes, I agree that their mom is out of her depth in terms of managing. But my question is what brought things to this point? Has this role been forced upon her due to LW's laziness/malfeasance?
If you think about it, LW has positioned himself quite nicely... he can blame everything on their mom... which I view as a complete cop-out and misogynist to the ninth degree.
Let's face it... LW is a complete ****-up, and he wouldn't know a gold mine if it blew up in his face and showered him with dust.
I applaud the twins leaving Ireland to record elsewhere... LW owns the gossip scene in Ireland... they need to get out from under his boot.
