Well she cant be that much younger. How old is Zsa Zsa? about 21? so Tina must have been at least 13/14 when she had her which already suggests the 40s. At a push late 30s.
Plus we have that tweet from July suggesting a boy had auditioned for the role of Shirley's nephew. So if it is Tina she might have quite a few kids in tow.

EastEnders does not have that much power.
If the new character turns out to be Shirley's sister, mo mouse will be just as delighted as monalisa.
If they do introduce Tina I think she needs to bring a family along with her too. I'm not sold on the idea of another pair of sisters and a family would help ensure they don't just end living in the B&B for ever.
