I have absolutely loved it. I really didn't think I'd last this long so I really want to thank every single person who voted for me. It's been an incredible journey.

After disappointing herself on Saturday with her Cha Cha Cha, Natasha and James have the Viennese Waltz. “I’ve decided to put Saturday behind me. I didn’t do as well as I’d hoped to but I now just want to move on and perfect our next dance,” Natasha says. “This week we have the Viennese Waltz, which can be a hard dance, but I’m going to make it look effortless. For Halloween week, our dance is going to be a scary doll theme because we’re dancing to the Goo Goo Dolls,” James explains. “Natasha is doing well for her first day - I think she definitely has the fighting spirit. We’ve thrown in a fleckerl for Len and I am going to push Natasha with this routine. Will it be a Halloween horror on the night? I don’t know yet!”

This week, Rick and Erin are desperate not to land in the bottom two again and are hoping they can achieve that with their angel-themed Halloween Rumba to Stay by Shakespeare’s Sister. However, Rick is struggling. “The Rumba is a hard dance for the male celebrities to perform, and unfortunately Rick isn’t an exception,” Erin explains. “He is finding the hip action difficult to master but is also finding the sexy side of the dance hard to grasp. I just hope I can get his inner sex god out of him by Saturday night.” Erin, I’m not sure if we all agree with you on that. Tune in to Behind The Ballroom tomorrow night where Zoe Ball will be joined by Darcey Bussell for a run-down of Saturday night’s performances and Anton Du Beke to give us some of the training gossip.

Dancing the Waltz this week are Julie and Vincent. They are dancing to Where The Wild Roses Grow by Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue, a song well known for its murder-themed music video. “We are dancing a murder themed dance, to match the video,” Julie explains. “The story is that Vincent will fall in love with me, but will then kill me.” Julie looks confused, as Vincent says “It will flow a bit easier than that. I don’t kill her straight away!” Training is going well, with Julie saying this is easily her favourite dance. However, Julie is finding the extension of the lines hard, telling us “Vincent tells me that my arms are like planks of wood - they just stay still! Apparently I need to extend through them. I have no idea what this means but fingers crossed we’ll fix that for Saturday night!” Behind The Ballroom will begin at 9.30pm.

Joining me, Zoe Ball, tonight we have a run down of Saturday night's performances from the gorgeous Darcey Bussell and the lovely Anton Du Beke will be popping in to tell me how our couples are getting on in training!

So without further ado, let's bring in the lovely Darcey Bussell!

Darcey - Week Four Performances

Hello Darcey, it’s lovely to have you on the show. How are you today?

I’m great thank you, I can’t wait to get stuck in!

And on that note, let’s begin! What did you think of Natasha and James’ Cha Cha Cha?

Well Natasha has been absolutely amazing and definitely one of our front runners but this did let her down a little. It was a bit haphazard and hit and miss. I just hope for her next upbeat Latin that she can really bring it, because she has the talent.

She certainly does. What about Brian and Kristina’s Viennese Waltz?

I loved it! And I love him! He is getting better every week and he’s loving the experience and it’s lovely to watch. I thought his Viennese Waltz could have done with a little more performance value but you can’t blame him - he’s a scientist, not an actor!

A complete amateur, but he’s really giving it his all. Finally tonight, how was Karina and Ian’s Foxtrot?

She is also really stepping her Ballroom up. I’m not sure how she’s coping with the Latin.

Well she has the Samba this week so I guess we’ll find out.

Yea we’ll find out on Saturday; but her Foxtrot was absolutely wonderful. She really enjoyed the dance and you could just tell that from her face. It also could have entertained me slightly more, but what I love about her is her improvement. Fingers crossed for the Latin!

Yip I have my fingers and toes crossed for them - let’s hope they can bring it! Thank you, Darcey Bussell, everyone!

Anton - Training

Hello there Anton, shall we get started on couples?

Yes, let’s! Who are we beginning with today?

Okay our first couple tonight is David and Katya. They’re doing the Quickstep this week. How are they getting on?

This is looking like a magnificent dance for the two of them. He’s light on his feet, he’s leading well, the Charleston stuff is impeccable; there really is no fault in them.

Wow that’s terrific!

It is - and I’m going to give them a few gold stars.

Aw that’s lovely! How are Frida and Pasha doing with their Paso Doble?

She’s coping better with the Paso Doble than she did with the Samba - which is a relief. She just needs to work on her lines. They aren’t being extended far enough, which is vital for this dance. It could also do with a bit more drama and tension.

I’m sure she’ll bring that come Saturday. What about Jake and Natalie?

They’re also doing the Paso Doble and he’s facing similar problems to Frida. I’m expecting a great Paso from him because he’s such a big guy, but I’m missing the power and drama between them. Natalie is a great teacher though so I’m sure she’ll get that out of him by the night.

I agree with you. Finally, how are Peaches and Robin getting on with their Jive?

I think she’s doing just fine actually. She’s quite a small girl, which, as we know, helps with the Jive. The only thing I’m worried about is the kicks and flicks. She’s not really extending from the knee and right now they’re all a bit flat footed.

Robin will get that bouncing action though won’t he?

Oh yeah he’ll make sure she has that before Saturday. I think this could be her best Latin dance yet though.

After placing third bottom on the leaderboard, Sue and Artem are coming back fighting with a ghosty Cha Cha Cha. Training is coming on well, and Sue is glad to be back in her “comfort zone”. Sue tells us “the Cha Cha Cha is so much more enjoyable than the Samba. With the Samba you had the rhythm, the hips, the atmosphere, the footwork and so much more! With the Cha Cha, I feel like I can just go full on and have a party, which is what I’ve been waiting to do for so long!” Artem also agrees that Sue suits the Cha Cha better, saying “Sue feels so much better doing this dance than the Samba. Not only is the technique and steps easier, but it’s so much easier to have fun with the Cha Cha. I think this could be her best dance yet.” However, Artem thinks that there is a boundary that can be crossed. “You can have fun, but then you can have too much fun. We’ll need to make sure we don’t cross into that zone because that is one dangerous territory!” We here you Artem. Lisa and Brendan are dancing the Rumba this week to Frozen by Madonna. “For Halloween week, we’re dancing to Frozen by Madonna. I will be playing an evil ice queen who will make Brendan dance with me,” Lisa tells us. Training is looking positive, but Brendan thinks Lisa lacks the hip action which is vital for the Rumba. “Lisa is a tall lady and, of course, the Latin isn’t the easiest for the taller girls. I think lisa could do with a bit more hip action and attention to detail about her foot placements, but that will all come with time. I think we have a really special dance on our hands,” Brendan explains. We certainly hope so, Brendan.
