This week Frida and Pasha are dancing the Waltz. “I love the Waltz so much - it’s so romantic, sweet and just lovely. I can’t wait to dance it!” says Frida. However, will the pressure of Anton putting them in his top three on Behind The Ballroom get to them?

Dancing the Rumba this week are Karina and Ian. Karina is finding it hard to be sexy and romantic, so Ian takes her to a drama club to pretend to be his lover. “That was weird!” Karina says, walking out, “but it’s definitely helped. I’m looking forward to it much more now!”

Craig - Well darling, up until the dress mishap, your hips were too sharp in that the movement wasn’t fluid and there wasn’t much emotion at all.
Darcey - Well I felt the emotion actually. Even though there was the obvious mistake, it’s nice to see you getting better.
Len - I love you two because you’ve defied the odds and have given it some welly. You go girl!
Bruno - It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t too good to be honest! The dress error really showed you up.

I gave her a hard routine, and she did it perfectly. Every new move I give her, she can do. It seems that the Foxtrot is made for her,” Brendan tells us. But is it?
