What do we think then, I think personally Luisa Bradshaw-White is a very talented actress and will fit in gr8 so what do we think of her appointment as Shirley sister?

As I've said elsewhere, I have no problems with the actress, it's the character description I do not like as she appears to be no different to the other women we have in the square.

It's why I never wanted them to bring Tina in, I knew they would make her into a Shirley clone and that's exactly what the article said.

How can we possibly decide if she is good or bad right now, she's not even debuted

She is a very good actress IMO.
When she got axed from Holby, I think I was the only one to think it was a great shame as she brought a sense of normality to the role IFKWIM.

She was excellent in 'This Life' as well, and while I was never a regular viewer of 'Bad Girls', whenever I saw her in that, she seemed very capable as well.

I'm really looking forward to seeing her on screen, I think she'll do very well.

They gave Shirley the perfect exit. A grisly murder under he guise of her leaving unmissed for a new life.

They bottled it. They lost their balls.

I dont believe bringing in a chavvy sister for Shirley will work.

Bad not interested, Shirley will become even more annoying and mouthy if that is at all possible.

I do want to know what has happened to her, but we know she is alive so.

Tina may be cast fine but Shirley will be even worse.

She's a brilliant actress - I loved her in This Life.

Shame she's arriving just as her former This Life screen lover (Steve John Shepherd) is leaving - would have been great to see the two of them on screen together again.

She's a good choice and hopefully her arrival means that Linda intends staying with the show for the foreseeable future. I had wondered if she'd get fed up with being little more than an extra. Shame they spoilt the dead or alive mystery though. They actually do look like sisters.

I kinda wanted tina to be the more vulnerable /softer shirley and shirl looked after her when they were kids. However even though tina is similar it could still prove interesting and we'd see why shirl turned out the way she has

I'm surprised that it took her so long to get into EastEnders. She's someone who belongs in that show, just like Linda Robson,

Linda isnt leaving so why would they kill her off?

I really want to know what happened to these two when they were kids. Shirley is a good bit older than her sister so there may be a story there.

I always thought shirl looked after tina when she was a baby and something bad happened and their mother always gave her a hard time - its why she left but would be interesting why tina turned out the same way

I always wondered if their mother left when Tina was small and Shirley had to look after her and the home while still in her teens. If they had a bad mother then it could in part explain Shirley continuing the pattern.

No. Kevin was a weak man compared to Phil. In Phil I think she saw another damaged soul, but a survivor. Even if Shirley never gets back with Phil their relationship has changed and I think she'll always love him.

Kevin was but i imagine phil not putting up with it for long and hence getting back with sharon.

It was just i always thought something big would happen with them at new years and stuff was building up to it. I still think phil will rescue shirl
