Hayley looked well when she was in hospital after her operation and also the first days she was at home, but did anyone think like me that last night shw had begun to look ill?

Mmm not sure really, I did think she looked slightly more frail, but I couldn't decide if that was my imagination because I am aware of how ill she is.

I thought she looked like she normally does.

I didn't notice but it is realistic to look worse when out of hospital, especially if, like Hayley you haven't been cured.

I think its probably because once you get home it's automatic you think you are capable of more than you are. Plus she has a progressive illness so I expect they will try make her look gradually worse to show that.

I'd say that was deliberate to emphasise Roy's worry and Hayley doing more than she was able to.
